First off, its not a who but in fact a what. 15 years ago yesterday the computer code for World Wide Web was posted on the alt.hypertext discussion group so people could download it. This marked the official birth of the World Wide Web, making yesterday its 15 birthday... aren't we all glad this happened, who can imagine a world without the Web today...
